Changes in the format (coordinates or others?) after 1.4.5 version?

Hello all. 
Is there any changes in the format of coordinates or something after 1.4.5 version?
I have a file that is perfectly work in 1.4.5 but when I try to open in 1.4.6 and 1.4.7 version cannot open anymore in AVEN, is a white screen.
Any idea what is the problem / what I am doing wrong?
