Changes in the format (coordinates or others?) after 1.4.5 version?

What operating system are you using?

You're not the first to report this, but so far I haven't been able to
reproduce the problem.  One of the reasons for releasing 1.4.7 was to
upgrade to a recent PROJ (the library we use for coordinate conversion)
and also to ship some PROJ support files we weren't in the Microsoft
Windows installer, but those changes don't seem to have helped.

A lot changed between 1.4.5 and 1.4.6 but nothing stands out as a
likely culprit.

If you're able to share files this happens with, please send me a copy
as being able to reproduce is likely key to solving it.
