Survex 1.2.19 released

The downloads page, if I am looking for ubuntu packages, leads me to the survex
backports page at https://launchpad.net/~survex-developers/+archive/ubuntu/ppa
a ppa where the most recent version is 1.2.5-1.99 for oneiric or older. The main
ubuntu repository (for utopic) gives me 1.2.14 which is more recent than the ppa
but some way off the bleeding edge. Should the ppa have the more recent
version somewhere ?
