Update - actually the bottom text line does eventually come out on the same
page as the plot when I reduce the vertical printable area value in
print.ini to 250mm. This is odd because the printable area is actually 283mm
on this printer, but even at 260 mm, the last line ends up on the following
page.

This seems to be at least partly because there is a lot of whitespace at the
top, above the border (always 21mm for 'vertical printable area' values of
270, 260 and 250mm). Not until there is more than 22mm of whitespace at the
bottom does the text line get onto the correct page.

So the problem seems to be that a margin of ~21mm is being added at top,
then the printable area added on, and only when there is a similar sized
margin left at the bottom does <something> decide that it all fits on one
page.

I could produce some sample plotfile or do further tests with printps if you
like. Something is definately not right, but it might be more useful to fix
the aven printing as then printpcl and co can be left to moulder.
