Survex 1.0.33 released

This release fixes the problem with vertical layout of multipage
printouts in Aven and printwin.  There are also fixes to Aven's SVG
export, and a new EPS export option.

I'm not currently able to rebuild the MacOS X version, so that's not updated
for this release yet.  I've not updated the RISC OS and MSDOS on 286 machines
versions either, since none of the changes are relevant there.

Changes since 1.0.32:

* aven,printwin: Fixed bug which would sometimes pick one too few pages
  vertically resulting in the survey escaping off the top of the topmost pages.

* aven: Changed the toner-wasting, hard-to-measure-exactly alternately filled
  scale bar to a simple line with ticks.

* aven: SVG export fixes: second and subsequent exports had bogus extra "</g>";
  Fixed to invert all Y coordinates, not just some; Fixed tags for layers.

* aven: Added EPS export option.

* (MS Windows version): aven: Fixed inverted icons.

* aven: Initial window size and position will not straddle monitors if you have
  multiple monitors connected to one machine (needs wxWidgets 2.5 to work on
  Unix).

* (Unix version): aven: Fixed initial sizing problems when building with gtk2.

* Minor documentation updates.
