Cave Surveying hardware

Hello!

First of all, apologies for the cross-posting if you're in the set
intersection of cave-surveying and survex.

I'm leaving the UK to work in Norway in a few weeks time and I have some
interesting bits of computing hardware which may be of use in cave
surveying:

1) Calcomp Drawingboard digitizing tablet. 12" x 12" working area with
crosshair puck, RS232 serial cable, power-supply and manual. In fine working
order. Wintab drivers are available for download.

2) Husky Hunter ruggedized field computer (pristine condition). Alloy case
and polycarbonate screen, will survive immersion. I think this is the 1983
model with a CP/M-ish operating system. Comes with a respectable
implementation of BASIC and an RS232 port so ideal for a cave-surveying (or
maybe hydrographic) data-logger. Z80 CPU and I think 80 KB RAM. This unit
was originally used by the surveying department at Severn Trent water so it
has the right pedigree. Unfortunately no manual (although I can obtain
photocopies) or power-supply (but it runs off 4 AA cells). A classic piece
of early British microcomputing!
