'fix' vertical?

In our survey, we have noticed our sumps and siphons are not aligning vertically (but pretty good on horizontal positioning). Is there a way I can ‘adjust’ the elevation of a station to have the water levels align better?

Kind of a kludge but would get the map more accurate than having corresponding sump/siphon to not be vertically level.
