Small improvement o save confusion about cave length

Hi all

Currently when Survex gives out the survey information it looks like this

name: Bagpit
title: Bagpit
length: 171.52m (surface 19.07m, duplicated 0.00m)
vertical range: 25.29m (from 1.1 at Bagpit.Bagpit at 253.98m to
3.19 at NextDoor.Bagpit at 228.69m)
north-south range: 30.29m (from 11 at SlabChamber.Bagpit at 52209.13m to
26 at MemoryLane.Bagpit at 52178.84m)
east-west range: 21.36m (from 41 at Bagpit.Bagpit at 49372.64m to
24 at Bagpit.Bagpit at 49351.28m)
number of shots: 485
number of stations: 488


The length bit

length: 171.52m (surface 19.07m, duplicated 0.00m)

is a little ambiguous as to whether the surface and duplicate is part of
the 171.52, leading to people taking  the 19.07 off to get the length,
that I believe is wrong (sorry being too lazy to actually check)

This could easily be improved with the addition of the word plus (or
including) eg

length: 171.52m plus (surface 19.07m, duplicated 0.00m)
