Win10 not recognising .svx files

It sounds like the registry settings the installer is meant to add
aren't getting applied, but I'm not sure why that might be.  1.2.26 got
tested on Windows 7 and works there.

For "Process" you want aven.exe these days.

For "Open" you want whatever editor you prefer to use.  If you have no
preference, notepad works.

There used to be an "editwrap.exe", whose purpose was to try running
"svxedit" and fall back to notepad if that wasn't installed.  But
we stopped shipping "svxedit" (because nobody actually wanted to use
it), so there's no need for such a wrapper - you can just run notepad
directly.

That "editwrap.exe" must be left over from an older install - 1.2.17 was
the last release which included it.
