Survex for scuba dive surveys

Hi.

I'm new to Survex, and have a tiny question just to get me started:

Say I have three stations, with depth for each station (e.g. 12m,16m,20m),
and the compass heading (e.g. 160°,120°) and length of the line between
each station (e.g. 25m,12m).  What would my .svx file look like?

And what if I in addition have the distance to the left wall/right
wall/roof/floor on each station?
