Compiling survex 1.2.11 on Fedora 20

Ah yes, that comment is out of date - now fixed.

Or don't yet have wx3 packages (Fedora's appear to be new this year).

Thanks for confirming - I've updated this, but left the old versions
there but commented out in case anyone wants to build on a distro
without wxGTK3 (or on older Fedora perhaps).
