Survex 1.2.8: Aven can't get out of full screen mode

Hi and thanks.

The screen width had been set in the registry to be the hex equivalent of -1.
I reset it to a more reasonable value, somewhat smaller than the width of my screen, 500 pixels.

Aven 1.2.8 now behaves, and full screen/normalises.
