How to get 'process' option back in Windows (vista)

There isn't a 'Tools' menu item on the Vista version of explorer (You
get 'organise' and 'views', and neither of them seem to give a way of
getting to the 'show extensions' button). I could have found it there
if there was a 'tools' item. :-)
