Survex Problems

I tried a Windows build using wxWidgets 2.9.5 rather than 2.8.12.  Jenny
reports this still suffers from the problem, but it seems to recover by
itself, which makes it more usable at least.  Please try and let me know
how it goes, and if the newer wxWidgets breaks anything else (I've
tested 2.9.5 quite a lot on Linux, but not on Windows):

(This is actually based on slightly newer sources than 1.2.7, so e.g.
the export dialog behaves differently...)
