There was a problem with the Microsoft Windows build - I used a newer
version of the compiler toolchain, which introduced a new dependency on
"libgcc_s_sjlj-1.dll", so aven, etc wouldn't run unless you had that
DLL installed already (and it isn't by default).

I've rebuilt it with that code statically linked:
