What sort of pixel dimensions are you after?
Most cards seem to support a greater resolution than typical displays
allow - see the "About" dialog for what your card supports, but my
netbook does:
Max Viewport size: 4096x4096
It should be very easy to render up to that size. If that's not enough,
it shouldn't be too hard to extend the screenshot code to render the
image as a grid of tiles each that size, then stitch them into a single
image.
Erin - If you want to send me the .3d file and some idea of what pixel
dimensions you're after, I can try to implement this tiling approach.

Ah, the "Northern Caves" look - no, this isn't supported currently.
