Survex 1.1.16 development snapshot uploaded

Excellent work!

For the terminally lazy on >9.10 Ubuntu, to use this PPA you need to:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:survex-developers/ppa
sudo apt-get remove survex
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install survex

I'm not sure if I should have had to remove survex (I assume the
1.0.39 release from the deb/ubuntu archive?), but it was acting a
little funky and not installing the recent aven otherwise.
