TerrainTool update

I've just released an updated TerrainTool version 1.08 which is now
available from the UBSS website
http://www.ubss.org.uk/terraintool/terraintool.php  This fixes an elementary
problem with Unix filenames. Windows functionality remains unchanged.

 

Thanks to Andrew Atkinson for spotting this and testing the fix.
