That's often easiest.  You can add "*data nosurvey" legs to join
stations - these have no measurements and just take up the length
and orientation required to join the stations they connect.

Neither of these is possible currently (as the numbers are coordinates
in the implicit grid in metres), but both probably should be - if these
coordinates were handled like other quantities, then you could specify
units and a zero offset.
