Units on fix

Hi

I have some data from a cave which has the calculated position  of each 
station.
I believe the easiest way is to fix all the points and use no survey to 
join them all up. Any comments?

The data looks like the above the units for the grid are in metres with 
the 52 000 missed off x and 36000 off y, as we intend to add other caves 
outside the one km square is there anyway to add the 52000 to all x and 
36000 to all y. Also to make it really inconvenient the height is in 
feet. Is there anyway I can tell survex that the units of z are in feet
