I don't think it's implemented yet.  I don't recall Stacho asking,
so I probably just forgot about it (sorry Stacho).  I'll see what I can
do.

Probably not for now in the interests of getting it implemented sooner.
But we do need to consider the issue of what encoding the input file is
in, so we know how to display titles, station names, comments, etc.
