vim files

Could you please add some more vim files to the next survex release? I
mean automatically setting of "cavern" as compiler and such stuff. I
don't know very much about the vim skripting language, but I already
managed to create these files:

This runs cavern on F7, aven on F5 and it shows/hides the error file on F9.

By the way, I have written some ebuilds to install survex on gentoo:
