Printing extended elevations from aven

Yes, though it needs some code reworking to slot it in cleanly, and some
UI work to allow non-default folding to be specified (that's not so
vital I guess - what is especially lacking is the ability to do the easy
cases easily).  Anyway, I've noted it on the todo list.
