Printing extended elevations from aven

Hi,

The plan and projected elevation printing feature in survex seems to be working fairly well.  I am wondering if it has worked too well, as many people on the CUCC expo seem to be drawing up projected elevations rather than extended.  This may be because projected elevations are far less complicated for some people to print.

Would it be possible to add a print extended elevation option to the aven printing stuff.
