You could always ask Julian Todd about his tunnel program.
He was showing it at Bull Pot Farm this New Year. He sent me these
instructions:

Here's the source code of more recent version.
If you follow the instructions for downloading, (and install java1.4, or
whatever is most recent) you should be able to compile and run from
this. One idea: Burn the java and tunnel and the webpage onto a CD so
you can put it onto other computers.
