drawing up - seeking advice

Printing

All the requests for printing from Aven are noted, as are specific printing
feature requests.  Now I know I'm not the only one who wants it I'll get my
finger out.

Adding the ability to export to whatever format is fairly well closely tied
to printing (just without the mapping to pages bit) - so I'll keep things
open to that end for the future.  PS Export is definitely an easy one to
start with.

Drawing up
~~~~~~~~~~

Illustator format being a cut down Postscript reminded me of Jim Olsen's
Illustrator plugin for Compass data.  Has anyone used this for any length of
time - either with Survex or Compass generated data?   As well as being able
to highlight a particular station you can reload the centre line when the
cave changes without having to line it all up again (doesn't help with loop
changes though).

Haven't tried it yet but wondered if anyone else had seen it / found it
useful.
