It's possible, but would require writing using the pascal-like scripting
extensions to innosetup.  I've found in the past (and in the past 2
days) that getting Windows installer stuff right can be time consuming,
and I'd rather direct that time to getting other stuff working right
now.

If anyone fancies wrangling windows installers, it would be useful to
have a few custom questions in the installation.

I found the problem - I had a stray old message file kicking around which it
was picking up so it worked when I tested...

Oops, I now explicitly remove the old Open.  "Open in Notepad" is now
the default, and "Open in SvxEdit" is there, but probably doesn't work
- I'll fix this for the next release - if you want to try SvxEdit, run
it from the Start Menu for now.
