Survex 1.0.15 released for MS Windows

The same with me, this new release 1.0.15 doesn't solve the problems,
just the default editor being notepad is solved. But I cannot run
Svxedit with the right mouse button, neither Aven works.=20
Aven also doesn't run by doubleclicking aven.exe.
