Survex 1.0.15 released for MS Windows

This doesn't seem to be fixed for me:
 C:\Program Files> Survex\cavern.exe
 cavern.exe: Can't open message file `en' using path `'

Now the double-click action is "Open", which doesn't actually have an 
action associated with it, so that you get a "This file does not have a 
program associated with it for this action. Create an association in the 
Folder Options control panel." message. "Open in notepad" is available on 
the RMB menu and works, and "Open in SvxEdit" still doesn't, for the same 
reasons as before.
