Survex 1.0.14 released

After installing the new survex release and tcl and wish (activetcl)
for windows, svx file asociations don't work, i.e. doubleclicking a
svx file gives error (svx is not a valid win32 file), also
doubleclicking a 3d file gives error (cannot find CA mesages using
path) and aven doesn't start. And "process" also doesn't work.

So I would like to keep the old file asociations, i.e. the normal
editor being the notepad wich should be asociated with svx files, and
if you want to use the svxedit, this should be not by default.

By the way, tcl and wish are a 8Mb aplication! so I'm not very happy
with it being the default svx editor.
