Unfortunately there's a bug (uninitialised hash table). The code just happens
to work on Linux, but the MS Windows version crashes if --plt is used.
I'll release 1.0.3 very shortly to fix this, and it'll include a few other
changes I've been working on. You might want to wait if you've not downloaded
1.0.2 yet.
And a quick poll - the font used with dot-matrix and PCL printers can be rather
faint, especially on an old dot-matrix with a well-used ribbon. I came across
another suitable font with most of the characters needed, and have converted it
to the format Survex uses. But I'm undecided if it's better or not. Opinions?
