Strange - bug in program report to authors

Hello

Just copied a set of data from a floppy and tried to run the 3D file, and
got the above error, it runs from the floppy and if I copy it to any other
localities it will work, deleted and reprocessed and got the same.
Inside
E:\My Documents\Surveys\Doolin\Assemble
the 3d files will not run???
this is under 2000

Hmm just had an idea, tried a few different directory structures and as soon
as a directory nest 4 and above it does not work
