This prerelease is available for all platforms except MSDOS on pre-386
machines and RISC OS (these will be available again once I get a chance to
return to Cambridge to collect the box I build them on - probably this
coming weekend):

Most notable changes are a slew of aven fixes from Mark. I think he's
fixed all of the problems we're aware of, so if anything is still wrong
tell him (and me).

Full list of user-visible changes between 0.99-prerelease4 and
0.99-prerelease5:

* aven: improved initial sizing of window; "Toggle rotation" toolbar
icon now works; handle files with only stations better; presentation
  code disabled for 1.0; releasing mouse over menubar now ends drag;
don't highlight hidden stations; accelerator problems fixed; find now
  works.

* (MS Windows) aven: fixed crash on File/Open when a file was already
  loaded.

* cavern: After *solve, reused points are no longer written to the .3d
  file a second time.

* cavern: Warn that the undocumented extra "omit" allowed by *data is
  deprecated.

* cavern: Give error if standard deviation argument to *sd isn't
  positive.

* Consistent capitalisation of --help option descriptions.

Cheers,
Olly
