Hi,

I've just installed survex 0.99 and survex-aven on my Debian woody
station, and I've downloaded sample.tar.gz from survex.com download page. 

when I launch cavern on any .svx file included in the sample.tar.gz
archive, there are too much errors (often on dates AFAICT ) and the
processing stops. 

I wanted to try survex to see how it would fit for archaeological datas.
Is anyone using survex in archaeology ?

Are there some searchable mailing list archives somewhere ?
