OK, the fallback DPMI provider got missed out of the zip file (as was the
floating point emulator) - I've corrected the build script problem which
caused this.

I have a strong suspicion that this is caused by a bug Leandro reported (in
xcaverot in his case) and which I've already fixed.  Let me know if this is
cured by the next prerelease, or if it's still happening.

This one has definitely been reported and fixed (by Leandro again).
