Survex 0.96 released

I've found a problem with extend (the extended elevation producer) which
unfortunately probably makes it unusable.

If you use extend, just keep using the executable from 0.95 - it shouldn't
be very long before 0.97 is out (especially since the foot-and-mouth
outbreak has put a stop to me going caving).
