A few Aven things:

[1] There's still a problem opening .3d files by using
the file association with aven.exe in windows (at least
in NT4).  Aven launches, the tree of station names
gets populated, but no survey appears.  Stations can be
displayed, but aven seems to think there are no legs
joining them.

[2] There seems to be a new problem opening .3d files
by using the File Open... menu in Aven.  Same as above.
In both cases, opening the .3d file a second time using
the File Open... menu causes the survey to be loaded
correctly

[3] A minor glitch exists when searching for stations by
name.  In all.3d from the sample dataset, try searching
for 'qz'.  You should get '0 found'.  Now search
for 's', and you'll get '4159 und', rather than '4159
found'.

[4] Rotation still falters if the mouse is moved in the
survey panel, even with the measuring line off.

[5] I like the new Aven icon.
