[spud] doxygen

The doxygen system (www.doxygen.org) has just come to my attention.
It provides a nice way of producing source code documentation with
minimal hassle.

I am strongly in favour of something like this being used for Spud
[having seen what happens with large projects with no documentation...]
This is going to be especially important to enable other coders to
write plugins, and will be useful for the main developers.

What do people think about using doxygen?  I believe the KDE people are
about to switch to using it, so it must be fairly decent.
