You'd save a small amount of disk space by not installing the xcaverot
binary - about 150K (or 42k stripped - I'm thinking of shipping the RPMs
with stripped binaries as it more than halves the size of the download, and
I always seem to reproduce bugs on my own machine rather than being sent a
backtrace).

Nope. It wouldn't be a great help here anyway, as you'd still get a
non-working xcaverot and/or aven installed. At least with --nodeps you know
that you're bodging it.
