Survex 0.95 prerelease 6 available

I've just uploaded prerelease 6.  As well as source code, I've produced
builds for MS Windows and MS DOS (I now have a script to do all the grunt
work so I should be building these for most prereleases from now on).

Changes in 0.95-prerelease6:

* Updated all translations.

* Fixed another logic error in "only mentioned once in *equate with explicit
  prefix" check.
  
* Minor fixes to get MSDOS (djgpp) and MS Windows (mingw) builds working.
