Survex already has a *flag splay

However currently this only excludes it from distance calcs IIRC.
Making such shots visually removable in aven should be fairly
straighforward.

Having a data style for entering single-ended shots is a separate
thing, and would be very handy (and defaulting them to have flag splay
probably makes sense too).
