Are the UIS cave symbols on-line anywhere?

Mostly for Praezis, but someone else may know:

All the links to the UIS cave symbols list point to:

which has been dead for the last year or so.

It's important that these are accessible otherwise the effort in creating
them is somewhat wasted. Is there another copy anywhere?

Also any published references of the final list? I want to give a refence in
the surveing entry in the forthcoming Encyclopaedia of Karst.
