"latexmk" is 4 from the bottom.

It was missing before I updated the list to match what's currently
installed by the CI builds, but that was *before* I replied to you -
maybe you need to force-reload your browser to get the updated list?

Probably the .spec file is out of date.  We should probably drop it now
there's actually a Fedora package as nobody's regularly using it any
more.

Better to follow the instructions for building from source in INSTALL
instead.

Probably just capture stdout and maybe stderr.  The log doesn't seem to
show the previous failure.  I'd guess it's some missing TeX thing.
