Survex 1.4.14 released

I've updated the Cavewhere's survex cmake branch to support 1.4.14.

https://github.com/Cavewhere/survex/tree/cmake

This cmake make branch should allow you to use GDAL features on windows
since GDAL is built with msvc and conan. The only downside is you'll have
to build survex yourself.
