QGIS3 & survex: import plugin now available in official plugin repository

For anyone working with QGIS3 and survex .3d files: I managed to get the 
.3d import plugin into the official QGIS Python Plugins Repository.
It can now easily be installed from within QGIS3 by going to "Plugins → 
Manage and Install Plugins..." (under the 'All' tab, search on 'survex').

This gets the plugin installed -- for documentation and more details see

Please let me know if you come across any bugs or have feature requests!
