How to reprocess a changed file after a successfull processing in Aven?

If you use the keyboard shortcuts for that, you can reload the most
recently loaded file by pressing:

`Alt-F` (to open the File menu) then `1` (to select the most recent
file)

On a Mac it might be the "clover" key or something else instead of
"Alt".

Perhaps we should add "Reload" to the "File" menu to make it easy to get
to, probably with F5 as a shortcut (currently F5 forces the cached
OpenGL to be regenerated, but that's really a debugging aid as it should
be regenerated automatically when needed, so that could be moved to
something else).
