Survex 1.2.34 released

Survex 1.2.34 is now available:

This release doesn't change the code, just fixes the broken Microsoft Windows
build of aven in 1.2.33.  On other platforms there's no reason to use this
version instead of 1.2.33.

Changes in 1.2.34 (2018-03-24):

* aven:

  + (Microsoft Windows version): Fix error on startup in the pre-built version
    of 1.2.33.

  + (Microsoft Windows version): Now using wxWidgets 3.0.4 (was 3.0.2).
