I've made a special build of the current stereo branch version:

And detached GPG signature in case you want to check it:

You'll need to run aven from the command line to select the stereo mode.
The exact command will depend where you installed Survex, but for the
side-by-side mode something like:

"C:\Program Files\Survex\aven.exe" --stereo=2up

Ultimately this should be selectable from the UI, but that's going to
need a bit more work.
