The issue is with handling a file whose last line doesn't have an end of
line.  Just processing a single file also hangs:

cavern api_master/clearwater_system/clearwater_area/solo/solo_master.svx

Not sure what's going wrong yet - end of line processing changed in
1.2.25, but you said 1.2.27 worked.  Will investigate further.

You could work around the problem by making sure the last line in each
file has an end of line, but there seem to be a lot of such files in
this dataset, so probaby best to stick with 1.2.27 until I have a fix.
