It loads fine for me using Linux, and using the Microsoft Windows version
under WINE.

It's a v7 file (current format is v8) which is supported by 1.1.15 and
later, so I'm rather mystified, unless you've somehow managed to do
something like install 1.0.30 instead of 1.2.30.  The download page seems to
have the correct link, but perhaps check the version number in the "About"
dialog?

Can anyone else reproduce this?
